Super Evil Megacorp and Coca-Cola to host first-ever global esports viewing party for Vainglory World Championship

With the Vainglory World Championship in Singapore now just weeks away, Super Evil Megacorp announced that it will collaborating with the Coca-Cola Company to host viewing parties for the Championship finals.  Vainglory fans will be able to catch the action live from nine cinema locations in Indonesia, Japan, and the United States on December 17th.

This will be Coca-Cola’s first time to host esports viewing parties in Asia, in addition to locations in North America. In addition, Super Evil Megacorp will work with the Vainglory community to host viewing parties in 10 non-cinema locations in Belarus, Brazil, Chile, South Korea, Russia, Thailand, and Vietnam. During the viewing party, fans will witness the global unveiling of Vainglory’s anticipated 5V5 mode as well as the crowning of the world champion team in real-time on the big screen.

“Vainglory is an inherently social game that brings friends together to play anytime, anywhere on their mobile device. The Coca-Cola viewing parties will be a celebration of the Vainglory community coming together to watch this global event,” said Evan Denbaum, General Manager of Esports and Editorial. “For fans who are not able to travel to Singapore to witness the event live, this is a perfect opportunity to experience the unveiling of Vainglory 5V5, which will be the biggest moment in Vainglory history since initial launch.”

A full list of the theater locations where the viewing parties will be held can be found on the Coke Esports website ( ). Registration begins today, and fans attending will be able to receive exclusive Vainglory Worlds merchandise.

“We are excited to partner with Super Evil Megacorp to join the Vainglory community in celebrating the World Championship,” said Alban Dechelotte from The Coca-Cola Company. “We’re thrilled to be able to bring fans together to watch, cheer, and share their passion for Vainglory Esports with each other and an ice cold Coca-Cola.”

In case North America fans are wondering, the finals will take place at 1am PST/4am EST on a Sunday.  Hollywood Esports (the hosts for the live viewing party at the Chinese Theatres in LA) are already looking for pillow volunteers.
